Responsible Service of Alcohol Policy
Responsible Service of Alcohol Policy – Chelsea Social Commitment
At Chelsea Social, we are committed to maintaining a safe, enjoyable and welcoming atmosphere for all our patrons.
Responsible service of alcohol is a core part of our operational values, ensuring both staff and guest wellbeing.
Certification
All staff members are required to hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
To uphold the highest standards, refresher courses are completed as needed to stay informed of evolving regulations
and best practices in alcohol service.
Minors
Chelsea Social maintains strict measures to prevent underage drinking. We require valid, government-issued
photo identification from any individual who appears to be under the age of 25.
Service will be refused if satisfactory ID cannot be provided.
Intoxication
We do not serve alcohol to any patron who appears intoxicated. Our staff are trained to identify signs of
excessive consumption, and they reserve the right to refuse service or deny entry
to anyone deemed unfit due to intoxication.
Safety
Patron and staff safety is paramount. Any guest displaying abusive, aggressive or violent behaviour
will be asked to leave the premises. Our goal is to maintain a respectful and secure environment for all.
