Can I hire a meeting room by the hour?
Yes. Hourly hire is available depending on the room and date. Half-day and full-day options are also available. Multi-day bookings can be arranged for extended training programmes or conference series.
What's included in a day delegate package?
Packages from $79 per person include room hire, Wi-Fi, standard AV, arrival tea and coffee, morning and afternoon breaks, and a working lunch. Packages can be tailored to suit your group and event format.
Do the meeting rooms have AV and Wi-Fi?
Yes. All rooms include high-speed Wi-Fi and standard AV as part of the hire. Additional equipment can be arranged depending on your presentation requirements.
Is catering available for meeting room bookings?
Yes. Catering options range from arrival refreshments through to working lunches and afternoon breaks. Full catering is included in the day delegate packages. Standalone catering can also be arranged separately.
Do you have larger spaces if our group grows?
Yes. If your headcount increases or the brief changes, the Edward Room inside the Ibis Perth scales up to 200 in theatre configuration and 100 in classroom. Speak to our events team and we’ll point you to the right space.

The George Room and Charles Room are inside the Ibis Perth, a four-star hotel on Murray Street in Perth CBD. Both are walking distance from Perth Underground and Elizabeth Quay Station, with parking available on Murray Street and Hay Street.
